A businessman from Raymore, Missouri, Donavan Jones owns DG Commercial Properties, a firm that sells and purchases single- and multi-family real estate. Since the mid-1990s, Donavan Jones has also owned landscaping and construction-related companies.

In 1994, Mr. Jones started DJ’s Lawn & Landscaping, a landscaping and civil construction company. He opened DG Commercial Properties, a home construction, single and multiple-family land purchase, design and development real estate company in 1998. In 2009, Donovan Jones launched Century Global FZE in Saudi Arabia, a company that connected with others in the oil and gas industry. The same year, he launched a trading and investment bank, Century Global Holdings LTD, that assisted businesses specializing in oil and energy construction projects in England. He joined Jabal Companies, LLC, a general contracting and land development firm, to oversee its supply chain management and employees in 2017.

Mr. Jones has become adept at construction risk management, safety management, contract management, and construction law. He is also proficient at working with construction technology, house construction project management, and robotics and automation.

Outside of work, Mr. Jones enjoys watching college football, traveling, mini-sprint racing, and fishing. He also fishes trout, makes hand-made furniture, and farms, plants, and harvests crops.
